What are your customer service hours?

Our main office is open 9am to 5:30pm GMT Monday - Friday.

We receive phone calls from 9am-3pm.

Emails are usually answered within 24-48 hours during business days, although during busy periods it can take longer.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

You can checkout your purchases in your own currency. 

We accept Major Credit Cards in 15 different currencies.

We currently do not accept America Express.

What exactly happens after ordering?
  • After you order you will automatically be sent a confirmation email.  
  • Your item(s) are then picked, packed and prepared for shipping.  
  • You will then receive an email with tracking details for your order.  (For USA orders - you can use our tracking numbers on USPS.com once your package in in the US, after 2-3 day of receiving your tracking number).
Do I receive an invoice for my order?

After you order you will automatically be sent an invoice, if anything is incorrect, please reply to that email immediately as orders are generally picked and packed right away. There are no guarantees we can amend an order after it is placed, so please try double check your order.

What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

We offer Free Shipping for Orders over £50 / $65

The delivery charge is £8 for deliveries in the UK, around £18 / $27 for deliveries to European, USA and Worldwide.  

DHL Express Shipping is available for international orders, it costs approximately $100 depending no the weight and shipping address.

Please make sure you leave your telephone number when ordering.

How long will delivery take?

When we receive your order items will be shipped to you in:

  • 1-2 days in the UK
  • 3-5 day to Europe 
  • 5-14 days worldwide.  

If you have requested any customisations such as 2cm buttonholes to add your Roman Collar please allow an extra 3-5 days delivery time.

Do you offer exchanges or refunds?

Yes, if you have any problems with your item, would like to change the size or have a refund, you can post the item back to us within 45 Days at:

  • For returns outside of the UK please clearly mark the outside of the parcel with “Returned Goods Relief”. 
  • Please state your order number and the reason for the return; whether you wish to exchange the product (outline the product and size you would like) or obtain a refund.

You will be refunded the cost of the item(s) not shipping cost.  Shipping costs to you and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
