What are your customer service hours?

Our main office is open 9am-5:30pm GMT / 4am-12:30pm EST Monday - Friday.

We receive phone calls from 9am-3pm GMT / 4am-10am EST.

Emails are usually answered within 24-48 hours during business days, although during busy periods it can take longer.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

You can checkout your purchases in your own currency.

We accept Major Credit Cards in 15 different currencies.

We currently do not accept America Express.

What exactly happens after ordering?
  • After you order you will automatically be sent a confirmation email.
  • Your item(s) are then picked, packed and prepared for shipping.
  • You will then receive an email with tracking details for your order. 
Do I receive an invoice for my order?

After you order you will automatically be sent an invoice, if anything is incorrect, please reply to that email immediately as orders are generally picked and packed right away. There are no guarantees we can amend an order after it is placed, so please try double check your order.

What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

We currently offer Free Shipping on all Orders.  We use Royal Mail for UK and International orders.

Please make sure you leave your telephone number when ordering.

How long will delivery take?

When we receive your order, items are shipped upto 1pm GMT / 9am EST on the same day, if order is placed after this time it will be shipped the following work day.  Orders placed on a weekend are typically shipped on the Monday.  We ship orders received on the same day by 1pm GMT Monday to Friday.  Orders received after 1pm GMT / 9am EST on Friday will be shipped on the following Monday (except for UK Bank Holiday Mondays):

  • 1-2 days in the UK
  • 3-5 day to Europe
  • 3-7 days worldwide.
Do you offer exchanges or refunds?

Yes, if you have any problems with your item, would like to change the size or have a refund, you can post the item back to us within 45 Days at:

  • For returns outside of the UK please clearly mark the outside of the parcel with “Returned Goods Relief”.
  • Please state your order number and the reason for the return; whether you wish to exchange the product (outline the product and size you would like) or obtain a refund.

You will be refunded the cost of the item(s) not shipping cost.  Shipping costs to you and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
